I first experiended Reflexology back in 2001 when I was on holiday, I was amazed that the therapist could associate sensitive areas in my feet to organs within my body as well as how calm and relaxed I felt after the treatment. I retained my facination with reflexology, however, it took me a number of years before I finally made the decision to change career and follow a new path.
The decision was largely driven by my job, up until that point I worked for a large corporate company in Marketing as a brand manager which, while rewarding was extremely stressful, the stress was also beginning to affect my health and rather than change jobs for more of the same I decided that I would convert my facination with Reflexology into a career.
I trained at the London School of Reflexology under the tutelage of Louise Keet PGCE MAR. The London School of Reflexology is the largest, longest established and most recommended Reflexology School in the UK.
I am a fully certified reflexologist, gaining a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. The qualification is awarded by the Associated Body Consortium and recognised by regulatory bodies of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
In March 2018 I qualified as an Access Consciousness® Bars Practitioner and in Dec 2019 I qualified as an Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator which allows me to teach Bars classes.
I have also completed additional courses in the form of Access Energy Facelift™ along with additional Access Body processes which have given me more tools to work with during a session.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and am fully insured.
